SAUDI ARABIA, 9 January - We are pleased to inform that Prof. Dr. Awis Qurni Sazili has undergone a research project sabbatical program titled "Improving Halal Slaughtering Management: Effect of Pre-slaughter Stress Intensities on Animal Welfare, Physiological Responses, Muscle Biochemistry, and Carcass and Meat Quality Traits in Goats," which is supported by The Deanship of Scientific Research (DSR), King Saud University on 9 till 22 December 2023.
