
The test method will analyse the concentration of ethanol and 2-propanol by using head space gas chromatography mass spectrometry. The sample scopes are fermented food (tapai, cereal, sushi, sauce, vinegar, flours, herbs, spices) and drinks as alcoholic drinks, carbonated drinks and premix drinks.
