Conducive Public Sector Ecosystem (EKSA)

EKSA is the rebranding of the 5S Practice (Side, Arrange, Sweep, Uniform, Always Charity) spearheaded by MAMPU (Malaysian Administrative Modernization and Management Planning Unit). It is specially adapted according to the needs of the work culture of the Malaysian public sector in order to improve the quality, productivity, and efficiency of service delivery.
